The first one will not really require you to eat different things, just to eat them in smaller amounts. You should hit the gym and do muscle exercises for all the muscle parts of your body especially for your calves, your back muscles and your pectorals. These are really big muscles that will help you burn fat really fast! You should hit the gym every day for at least an hour and in two weeks you will see that your body will be more toned and that you will start losing weight even by not doing anything. This will happen because your muscles will get everything that they will need from the fat that will be abundant! Another way of losing weight is to do cardio exercises like running and eating less food. You should also eat only healthy food. You can lose weight a light speed if you will combine these things. Doing muscle exercises, eating healthy food and doing cardio exercises is the best way of losing weight fast but still in a healthy way!
